All Other Insurances
Approval of coverage will only cover the lactation consultant portion of the visit. There is an additional, out-of-pocket, fee that covers physician level services and travel fees. We may provide you with a superbill that is submitted to your insurance for reimbursement of the out-of-pocket fee. If insurance coverage is denied through TLN or Wildflower, you have the option to be self-pay and then submit a superbill to your insurance.
