*The lactating parent and baby(ies) are seen as individual patients, and each patient is billed separately to insurance.
For all other Insurances, Go through The Lactation Network
For The Lactation Network, approval of coverage will cover the lactation consultant portion of the visit. There is an additional, out-of-pocket, fee that covers physician level services. We may provide you with a superbill that is submitted to your insurance for reimbursement of the out-of-pocket fee.
If we are not in network with your insurance or coverage is denied through TLN, you have the option to be self-pay and then submit an out of network claim or superbill to your insurance.
