For The Lactation Network, approval of coverage will only cover the lactation consultant portion of the visit. There is an additional, out-of-pocket, fee that covers physician level services. We may provide you with a superbill that is submitted to your insurance for reimbursement of the out-of-pocket fee.
If we are not in network with your insurance or coverage is denied through TLN, you have the option to be self-pay and then submit an out of network claim or superbill to your insurance.
